The highest levels of creativity and performance happen outside of competition.
Some of us just surf, some of us skate. A few of us compete in the Texas Gulf Surfing Association and in local skate competitions. All of us love the feeling of surfing and skating, and meeting up to learn with each other and have fun. Our after-school teams meet up at 5 at the skatepark or beach.

"OMG, our instructor Ryan is the coolest person on South padre island. You can instantly tell he is GENUINELY a kind and sincere person. he even gave us a ride back to our airbnb so we wouldn't have to catch an uber. this our first time in S. Padre island, but if we were ever to come back, we would call him just to hang out... thats how cool this guy is. if you're ever in the area I HIGHLY recommend you give him a call and learn how to surf. "The looks on my kid’s faces just 20 minutes into instruction catching waves was so priceless!! This is way underpriced in my opinion for what we got. My 13 year old is autistic. Ryan took a special 10-15 minutes with him and made sure he caught some waves! You guys this is a must in Padre! I would highly recommend all 4 of the kids I brought caught waves and rode them and had such a blast! We would yell for everyone to do this! Thank you Ryan! Truly unforgettable!"

"Ryan provided first timer surfing lessons to two teens but also some individualized attention to our three year old who ended up feeling part of the experience. In addition to a perfect first experience, I should also mention that Ryan was also able to save a life towards the end of the lesson. There was a girl floating who had a seizure that he was able to pull out of the water and save. Highly recommend Ryan, he was amazing!"

Our family signed up 5 of our kids ranging in age 8-14 yrs, and they all were able to surf by the end of our time together! Devin was awesome with our 8 yr olds as well! "Ryan was so cool and down to earth. He made this experience so much fun for my lady and I. I was able to ride a wave standing up fully. His instructions and energy were great. Would recommend taking lessons. It was our first time and we loved it. 10/10. Side note- there was a boy that began drowning and Ryan was the first responder out to help him."
